  • How do I spend my Digital Gift Card in store using an iPhone?

    Spend instore is done using contactless payment through your mobile device.
    Simply move the card to your Apple wallet and follow the standard process from there.

    Just open the app and hold your phone near the 'tap to pay' card terminal.

    One4all does not impose any limit on the amount you can tap for but some retailers may, so it is best to ask before purchasing.

  • How do I spend my Digital Gift Card in store using an Android device?

    Spend instore is done using contactless payment through your mobile device.
    Using Android open the app and hold your phone to the card terminal to pay, the phone will usually beep or vibrate to confirm the transaction, some phones may ask for your thumb / finger print for security to authorise the payment, this depends on your device.

    Just open the app and hold your phone near the 'tap to pay' card terminal.

  • What device set-up is needed to spend with contactless payment?

    For contactless payment to work in store you need to have NFC enabled, and you must also have device security enabled; either a PIN, pattern or biometric used to unlock your phone. Without this being used to unlock the device your payment will not work.

  • How do I see the card details to spend my Digital Gift Card online?

    Simply log in to the app to view all cards that are available to spend and their current balance, for any of the cards simply tap the 'eye' icon at the lower right of the card to reveal the full 16 digit card number, expiry date and CVV2 number. You can also see these details in the website in the 'Spend' section of your account.

    Simply select the ‘Spend Online’ option against the card you want to use to view the card details.

  • What type of card should I select when spending online?

    Enter the details of your card as though you were using a Visa credit/debit card.
  • What name should I enter when I spend my digital gift card online?

    Your digital gift card is not 'personalised' so how you enter your name when making a purchase does not affect payment processing.
  • Where can I spend my digital gift card online?

    Your card details can be used with any of our retailers that accept One4all Gift Cards online.

    Please note that the value of the purchase cannot be greater than the value of the card, as most websites do not accept multiple payment methods.

  • How do I send the digital gift card on to the recipient?

    After you have purchased your card, it will show in your account under My Gift Cards.

    To access this section on a mobile device, click the gift card icon at the top right of the page.

    The card will be in the Send tab.

    If there is a message saying, “Hold tight”, that means we are processing the card, this includes performing fraud checks on the transaction and may take time depending on the time of day.

    Once approved the card will become available to use, so log back into your account to check if it is ready to send, a Send button will appear under the card; simply click this to customise the card and then enter the details of the person you are sending to, including both email and mobile number.

    You will be asked for a verification code before it allows you to send the card which will be sent to the mobile you entered when purchasing the card or creating your account.

  • What if I don't know both email and phone number for the recipient?

    Don't worry, the link is the same so they only need one or the other, if you don't know their phone number you can enter your own and discard the message.
  • How do I claim a digital gift card that I have been sent?

    When someone sends you a One4all Digital Gift Card, you will receive an email and/or text message letting you know, with an option to ‘Claim’ your card.

    Click on the ‘Claim’ button – this will take you to our website and show you the card and message from the sender.

    To claim your card, you will either need to create a One4all account, or log in to an existing account.

    Make sure to use your correct details here, as we need your phone number for verification purposes before you access and use your gift card.

  • I did not receive my SMS verification code while sending the digital gift card.

    SMS messages are usually received immediately, a short delay is possible during busy times. You can get the code re-sent, however if the problem persists please check the phone number saved under 'My Account'.

  • Can I add a plastic One4all Gift Card to a digital wallet?

    Yes, you can use the option in the top left of the app home screen to add a physical card to your One4all digital wallet app and then use it just like a digital One4all card.
  • Why do I need an account to buy a gift card?

    Your account is required to ensure that digital gift cards you have purchased cannot become lost if they are not claimed or your recipient loses their claim email.
  • Why do I need an account when I receive a gift card?

    When your recipient claims the digital gift card they add it to their account where they can see all their One4all gift cards, balance and details needed to spend in store or online.
  • My login details aren't working

    If your details aren't working for logging into our sites or App, please use the ‘Forgot password’ function to reset your password.

    All our One4all sites and the app use the same username and password, so if you have an account on any of our sites you can use the same login details.

  • When can I use my Digital Gift Card?

    Once claimed, your One4all Digital Gift Card is available to spend in store or online immediately.
  • I have just received a digital gift from my employer. Why do I have to submit my identification through an App?

    This type of card may hold a higher value, so identity verification is required. This is due to EU legislation laws on all e-money regulated products that an identity verification process must be in place on all gift cards over the value of £120/€150.
  • How will I know my Reloadable Digital card is ready to be used?

    Once you have downloaded the ID-Pal App through the secure link sent to you via SMS and submitted successful verification, your digital card be fully visible in your Digital account (card not greyed out)
  • How do I view the message that was included when my digital gift card was sent?

    You can view the message and video, if one was included, from 'My gift cards' or the gift icon in the top navigation when logged in to the One4alldigital website, choose 'View full card details' under the card image.
  • Is there a time limit to claim a sent card?

    The Claim link sent to the recipient email or SMS does not expire, however once claimed you can not use the same claim link again.
